About
Adventures with Alex is a collection of travel writings, restaurant reviews, and short stories from my day-to-day existence. From working on a socioeconomic reform project in Colombia to surviving winter vacation with my family, I hope this blog is multi-faceted view of my adventures, mishaps, and musings. Sometimes they’re serious. Often times self-deprecating. But nine times out of ten they’re honest (and nice for a chuckle or two).
When not working on Adventures with Alex, I can be found on the streets of Emerson College giving a tour, working on my Colombian research project, or prepping a playlist for a dance party. In my pursuit to become an East-Coast-left-wing-elitist, I’ve developed recent affinities for yoga, tofu, and The New York Time’s Opinionator Blog. I’m currently living in Boston after 6 months of traveling Europe.
